General Cleaning
A routine clean to completely optimize your home and take the stress of maintaining it off your plate!
Our team will start by dusting ceiling to floor, as well as any surfaces along the way. You will notice any clutter to be organized or disposed of, mirrors and glass cleaned and your living spaces and bedrooms staged accordingly. In addition, each bathroom will be left spotless! After dusting, we will start with a full scrub of your shower and/or tub, then will move on to sanitizing countertops, sinks and any other surfaces. Finishing with the toilet, you will find it completely sanitized and sparkling! In the kitchen, one of our dedicated team members will start collecting and washing any dishes as needed. Once that is complete, we will scrub all backsplash, clean and polish the exterior of all major appliances, wipe out and polish your microwave, sanitize countertops, tables, chairs and barstools, touch up spots on cabinets and walls, and finish by wiping out the sink and taking out all trash and recycling. As we finish cleaning, we will then begin vacuuming all floors, rugs, carpets, and even furniture! This package also includes a full mop of any hardwood and tile, and we have multiple options of floor cleaner and mops to accommodate your home's needs!Deep Cleaning
Want your home to feel brand new? This deep clean package is for you! This service includes everything in our General Clean, plus much more.
During our routine dusting, we will also include all ceiling fans, light fixtures, and any other hard to reach places. We will sanitize high-touch areas like doorknobs, railings, light switches and outlet covers as well as wiping down walls, cabinets, furniture, mirrors, windows and window tracks. No surface goes untouched! In addition to the full cleaning of your kitchen, this service includes a clean out of one major appliance, typically being the fridge or oven. Before working on floors, we will also dust and wipe down all baseboards throughout your home! We recommend this for any first-time clients to ensure we start you off spotless, especially when signing up for our reoccurring services. We also offer quarterly and yearly deep cleans with a yearly locked-in rate when you sign up for reoccurring!Construction Cleaning
A turn-key experience! This service includes everything in our deep clean package, plus ensuring to get rid of all dust and leftover debris caused by construction.
We will wipe down all built-ins, countertops, inside and out of cabinets and appliances, and all interior windows and tracks up to 6 feet tall. All windows above this height, as well as exteriors, can be added on for an extra fee! After all the stresses of building or remodeling your new home, you deserve to move into a fresh space, and we can take care of that for you! This is our “move in/move out” service, ideal for those wanting to ensure their home is ready to turn over to a landlord or potential buyer, or those looking to make sure the home they are moving in to is properly cleaned and sanitized.
This includes everything in our deep clean package and is very similar to our Construction Cleans as we will also be sure to include all accessible windows and tracks, as well as the inside and out of all cabinets and appliances.
